"Have had a great experience working with both Alaina and Sean at Darryl Andrews State Farm office. Alaina is incredibly kind and personable, and very quick to respond to any inquiries or needs! For example, I needed to add an additional interest to my renter's policy and Alaina turned around my request within a few hours. "Darryl Andrews state farm is not a service I would recommend. We had a water heater bust shortly after swapping Darryl for home and auto insurance. We went ahead and filed a claim unknown to us that State Farm will not renew your Home Owners insurance if you do this. Our first and only claim. Don't think Darryl will go to bat for you either since "this is how state farm operates." Best of luck to all who have state farm, but I would strongly recommend against using Darryl or his team."

I want to clarify a common misunderstanding—while I’m here to assist with your coverage and claims, the decision to renew or not renew a policy is made by State Farm’s underwriting team based on their guidelines. Unfortunately, that’s not something I can control or change, and I wish I had the chance to explain this more clearly during our conversation. "When my windshield cracked, all I had to do was call State Farm! The agent explained my policy and options for repair or replacement. The windshield was replaced at my home by a service technician who answered all my questions as he worked. The new glass looks to me to be even better quality than the original! The whole process through State Farm was smooth and efficient from first call to their checking up a few days later to be sure the job was done right."
